Shipping policy

Shipments

We have authorization from the Government to make shipments within Metropolitan Lima, provinces* and internationally .

You will receive a shipping confirmation within the next 48 business hours from the date of your purchase.

The shipping time is effective from the time the customer receives the purchase confirmation email.

Approximate delivery times are as follows:

Peru

  • Lima:1-3 business days. Delivery hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Provinces:2-10 business days. Delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

We cannot schedule specific delivery times or dispatches on Sundays or holidays. All deliveries are made within this range.

International

  • America:15-20 business days

These times are for the central areas of each city, if it is a remote area, between 1-2 additional days should be considered.

If the driver does not find the customer or a person responsible for the order at the indicated address, the order will be returned to the atelier, where it must be picked up by the customer.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by:government restrictions, traffic stoppages, unfavorable weather conditions, and other incidents that may delay the order.

For international shipments, the tariffs or taxes that are generated by the entry of the product will be borne by the customer.

*Subject to courier service coverage restrictions.

Exchange and Return Policy

The company does not make refunds of money.
No changes are accepted in sales made outside of Peru.

Within Peru and given the national situation, we accept changes up to 15 calendar days from the date your order arrives. These are carried out prior coordination through our communication channels (WhatsApp and email).

In case you want to make a change, Burana does not cover shipping and return costs.

You can make changes to the purchase only once.

The change is always made with a sales receipt/invoice or gift card. Changes are only accepted if the product is in perfect condition and as it left the atelier, with original packaging in good condition.

Changes valid for an amount equal to or greater than the sale (cancelling the difference).

Any change causes the issuance of a credit note that supports the operation, which will be valid for 1 month. If you do not use all the credit that day, the balance in favor is without effect.

Changes or returns of products purchased during discount campaigns or offers are not accepted.

If one or several items of your order are not in stock, our team in charge will contact you to give you the available options. Within these, the refund of money is contemplated for what corresponds to the item that is not in stock or the change for another model or color (subject to availability). If there is a price difference, it must be paid by the customer. Otherwise, if there is a balance in favor of the client, it may be returned to the client. Money refunds in this case will be made immediately. Take into account that bank transfers can take different periods of time depending on the bank or country.

wrong address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address for the delivery of your order. If you provide an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, we will not refund your purchase or replace the product. Any additional shipment must be coordinated and paid for by the customer.

Important information about taxes or duties

Please note that international shipments may incur additional charges (such as taxes and duties) once the shipment reaches your country. BURANA cannot predict what these amounts will be, since they are determined by the Customs of each country.

You are responsible for paying any additional charges requested by the authorities of your nation. Contacting Customs can help you find out the amount of duty-free imports determined in your country and/or calculate how much you will have to pay in taxes for the item you are purchasing.

In the event that you refuse to receive your order due to additional charges determined by Customs, BURANA reserves the right to charge you the costs of both shipping and returning the product, as well as any additional amount generated by Customs.

The courier will make two attempts to deliver your order to the indicated address. Your order will be returned to BURANA after two unsuccessful attempts. If this happens, BURANA reserves the right to charge you any shipping fees, administrative costs and any product damage compensation.
